The Rose Education Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) that promotes, supports, and establishes educational opportunities for children in disadvantaged areas of Guatemala. We strengthen individuals and families by encouraging and teaching valuable life skills, by developing honorable citizens and leaders, and by promoting educational excellence. We are committed to the delivery of education of the highest quality and the use of teachers and mentors bearing high moral and academic standards.

What's Happening at the Rose:

Saturday, April 26th: Benefit concert held at Edith Bowen Lab School, 6700 Old Main Hill, Logan UT, 84321. Admission is $5. There will be a jazz combo opening (Hank Terry jazz combo), followed by a reggae band (The Crooked Beats) and a ska band (The Upstarts).  To listen to music by The Upstarts, click here.

Spotlight

In March, Connor, from Eagle, Idaho, traveled with family to our school in Patzicia to paint and seal our new sports court.   The students at Colegio Mesoamericano Patzicia are enjoying the completed court and would like to thank Connor and his family and friends for raising the funds to complete this project.  Congratulations Connor on achieving the Eagle Rank in Scouts at the impressive young age of 13!
